Since her visit to Porta Nova a few years back, floral artist Aire Reenumägi still speaks with great admiration about our team’s dedication, love of work and the quality of our Porta Nova Red Naomi roses. Together with her sister, Anu Peri, they have been in business for 20 years, and their collaboration can be seen in the flawless way they bring projects to life. The duo from Estonia thrilled us with some amazing Christmas festive floral arrangements using Red Naomi Futura, the rose with the lowest carbon footprint in the European market.

Our style

We like to combine cultivated flowers with natural materials in our work, often working with domestic materials. We are economical and create our arrangements by seeking a balance between cultivated flowers and natural materials. The red rose has superpowers over women of all ages.

Eco-friendly Floristry with Red Naomi Futura

Many talk about energy-efficient production, saving and reduced consumption of natural resources. Many talk, but few actually do it. We have met the Porta Nova team at various flower events and fairs, and oh, how their eyes sparkle when they talk about the results of Red Naomi Futura, and the details of the system.

As designers, we see a rose completely different from the manufacturer in their creative process. Porta Nova Futura offers stunning Red Naomi quality, grown with 100% wind energy, and a 95% lower footprint. We have had the great opportunity to use Red Naomi Futura roses in our work.

A wonderful collection of Red Naomi roses arrived in Estonia just in time for our Christmas creations. It had been such a long time since I last held such genuinely fragrant roses in my hands. Such sincerely prickly roses too. Porta Nova surprised us with such beautiful flowers. We loved the deep red colour, beautiful opening and the long life. We had endless fun opening the packages and arranging the flowers.

Christmas Table Arrangement at Joyce Restaurant.

The MICHELIN-starred Joyce restaurant, in the heart of Tartu, welcomed us with roses into its warm interior. In terms of philosophy, Porta Nova Futura and Joyce restaurant are very similar. The restaurant’s website welcomes visitors with the following introduction:

Joyce – the joy of choosing flavors!

We value the freshness of raw materials and the uniqueness of flavors in each dish that our chefs prepare. The most central of Joyce restaurant brand values are two globally understood qualities: joy, which is provided by quality time spent in good company, and an impressive choice of flavors, from which every guest will find something to their liking.

Our mission is to ensure that nothing goes to waste. We use only high-quality raw materials, preferring local producers. With a zero-cost mindset, we show respect for both the environment and food culture. That is why our restaurant proudly bears the Green Key eco-label. https://joyce.ee/en//

A classic Christmas arrangement for a group table. The round table under the restaurant’s large chandelier is our group’s favourite meeting place for round table discussions. Warm tones, friendly rugs and an atmosphere that welcomes people. The rose fits this restaurant wonderfully, adding its own special touch to the aromas of the food.

We placed single flowers on the tables, trays of floral beauty. The mood within the restaurant staff was full of excitement and we really enjoyed listening to people’s feedback. The red rose has superpowers over women of all ages. A parallel stem arrangement on a long table. We exhibit the length of the stems, the size of the flower and the purity of the color.
